The Upland
The Upland includes 231,370 SF consisting of 169 units with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom, and limited below-grade parking spaces.
Additionally, The Upland has introduced a newly constructed public road supporting municipal transit-oriented development efforts and ensuring seamless access to the parking garage.
Phase Two is taking shape, adding 229 thoughtfully designed affordable homes across four new buildings—The Stoneview, The Solomon, The Marte, and The Lewis. These homes will welcome a wide range of households, with studios to three‑bedroom apartments available at 50% and 80% AMI. A portion of the community—20% of all units—will be reserved as Permanent Supportive Housing, delivered in partnership with DHS to provide residents with the stability and services they deserve.
