Returning Resident FAQs
We are pleased to announce that effective September 1, 2024, Faria Management became the new property management team. Faria is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and will begin communicating with you directly once the lease-up process kicks off later this year.

Please mail your rent payments to the following address:
Office hours at Cascade Park Apartments are 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Online Payment
This information will be provided once we have this option set up. This will be a free service to all residents.
If you have questions about your RHP payment, please contact Stacey Hunter at [email protected].
Checks for your RHP payments will be mailed to your relocation address.

Need community engagement support? Email us at [email protected]. We usually reply within 24-48 hours. If you’d like to receive text message updates, please text Barnaby to (771) 244-1445 to have the latest information delivered straight to your phone.
The projected return/occupancy date is April of 2025. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is currently in process. Once issued, returning residents will be able to connect with Faria Management about lease-up later this year.
