As the first building in our affordable and mixed-income housing development, Barnaby & 7th, The Upland will introduce 169 new units to Washington DC. Once all three phases are completed, the full Barnaby & 7th development will include 518 thoughtfully designed units that preserve Belmont Crossing’s history and address the demand for modern, affordable housing.
