Phase Two is taking shape, adding 229 thoughtfully designed affordable homes across four new buildings—The Stoneview, The Solomon, The Marte, and The Lewis. These homes will welcome a wide range of households, with studios to three‑bedroom apartments available at 50% and 80% AMI. A portion of the community—20% of all units—will be reserved as Permanent Supportive Housing, delivered in partnership with DHS to provide residents with the stability and services they deserve.
The Stoneview, The Solomon, The Marte, and The Lewis. Together, these buildings will introduce a substantial addition of thoughtfully planned living space designed to meet the needs of households at 50% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Residents will find a mix of studios to three‑bedroom apartments, each crafted to offer comfort, functionality, and a strong sense of home. The community’s commitment to long‑term housing stability is further strengthened through Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), with 20% of all units dedicated to residents receiving services through the DC Department of Human Services (DHS).
As the next major chapter in the Barnaby & 7th transformation, these four buildings continue the mission of delivering high‑quality, affordable housing within a connected, welcoming neighborhood where individuals and families can thrive.
